David Marmer is the Vice President, Offering Management, Analytics Solutions responsible for developing new analytics applications for the areas of assets & operations, customer and finance. In this role Dave leads product and portfolio management and the go-to-market strategy through IBM’s various channels.
Michael McGeein is a Program Director, leading the Planning Analytics Offering Management Team. Currently he is focused on delivering the Planning Analytics offering, both in the cloud and on-premises. His 10+ years’ experience as a product manager, heavily involved in end user reporting and analytics, and FP&A. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), and has worked in analytics product development for more than 20 years.
Aruthur is the Program Director for Enterprise Performance Management, Finance and Operations with IBM.
Software Business Leader, Innovator, Strategist, Brand Advocate with a passion for launching and commercializing software products and offerings via Direct and Channel Partner routes.
Chris leads a team of Offering Managers responsible for the Cognos Analytics product. Chris joined Cognos in 2005 and held a number of senior technical roles in Customer Support before joining IBM through the acquisition of Cognos in 2008. Shortly after the acquisition, he joined the Offering Management team to lead the metadata and modelling tools group and over the years has had responsibility for many areas of the product and business, including Data Access, ETL, APIs, Dynamic Cubes, and the Business Partner Channel. He is based in Ottawa, Canada, the R&D headquarters for Cognos Analytics.

Brad D. Molzen
Brad is the Worldwide Technical Sales Leader for Data & AI at IBM, specializing in AI infused offerings such as Cognos Analytics. His breadth of analytic skills started early in his career due to his learning trajectory that focused around two concepts: How businesses use data to affect positive change, and the platforms and solutions that support that use across the organization. By leveraging capabilities from Business Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence his primary passion at IBM is to help corporations with their own innovative data and analysis strategies during their journey to AI, where success can be measured by the positive impact to the business.
Rachel Su is a Senior Offering Manager for Cognos Analytics. She has over 10 years of experience in different areas of Cognos. She is passionate about analyzing the market landscape, as well as transforming and modernizing Business Intelligence. She also has proven track record of delivering advance product features.
Rikke is the CEO of CogniTech A/S, a Danish consulting company offering solutions for data warehousing, business intelligence, budgeting and forecasting, financial consolidation, AI, and machine learning. Rikke has worked with IBM Cognos Analytics and other products in IBM’s Analytics Portfolio for more than 20 years, and she still gets excited about the prospect of helping her clients make sense of their data.
